GENERAL INFORMATIONS

What is the deadline for paying the balance of the stay?
The balance of the stay must be paid no later than 7 days from the date of arrival by credit card
Is there an online check-in service?
Yes, all arriving guests are required to check in online at least 7 days before arrival. The guest receives a reminder by e-mail which automatically directs him to the dedicated area.
What are the check-in and check-out times?
Check-in in the village can be done from 10:30 on the day of arrival. Check-out must be done no later than 10:00 on the day of departure. Check-out means the actual exit from the village, vehicles included. It is not possible to stay inside the village beyond this term.
From what time is the accommodation available?
The keys delivery terms are:
From 4:30 p.m. from Monday to Friday
From 6:00 p.m. on Saturdays and Sundays.
Guests who have checked in can enter the village from 10.30 with their own vehicle, park the car at their home and use all the facilities and services, until the key is available. The availability of the key is communicated to the guest via text message.

Is wi-fi available? Is it for free?
Yes, wi-fi is available and free of charge in the common areas. Contact the Guest Relations Office for further details.
Is there an ATM cash machine inside the resort?
Yes, there are 2 cash machines:
1 Next to the supermarket.
2 Next to the “Soravento” Pool Bar
Is there a pharmacy/medical service?
There is no pharmacy, but there is a paid medical service at the village clinic. Please contact the Guest Relations office for information on service times and fees.
Is there a safe deposit box service?
Yes, you’ll find safety boxes available at the Guest Relation Office.
When is the quiet time?
The quiet time is from 1 p.m. to 3 p.m. and from 11 p.m. to 7 a.m
Until what time is it possible to enter the Holiday village by car
It is possible to enter the village till 11 p.m. In case of later arrival, please use the external parking lot.
Are there gluten free products available at the supermarket?
Yes, a selection of gluten free products are available.
Is smoking allowed in the accommodation/common areas?
Smoking is not permitted inside the lodgings, on the beach and in the swimming pool. It is allowed outdoors and in common areas.
Is it possible to rent bikes/buggies/wheelchairs?
A bike, e-bike and e-scooter rental service is available at the bazaar.
Is there a laundry service?
There are two laundries with washing machines and dryers (coin-operated).

Are there electric cars recharger available?
Yes, electric cars chargers are free and available.

HOW TO REACH BARRICATA HOLIDAY VILLAGE

Which is the nearest bus stop/railway station/airport?
The nearest long-distance bus station is in Adria
The bus stop is in front of the Village.
The nearest railway station is in Adria
The nearest airport is Venice Marco Polo (100 km far).
IS THERE AN AIRPORT SHUTTLE?

ACCOMODATIONS

Where can I get the keys to my accommodation?
After receiving an availability SMS, you can get your keys at the Guest Relations Office.
Are bedlinens and towels included?
Bedlinens are included, you’ll find them in your accommodation. Extra bedlinens are available for rental at the Front Office Desk. Towels can be purchased at the Front Office Desk.
IS AIR CONDITIONING INCLUDED?
 A 48 hours free use card will be delivered during the check-in. The card is rechargeable with an extra fee at the Front Office Desk.
IS THE PARKING LOT NEARBY THE ACCOMODATION?
Every accommodation has its private parking space nearby. Every space is numbered and can be used only by the accommodation’s guests. Any other vehicles must be parked in the external parking lot.
ARE COTS, BABY CHAIRS AND BEDRAILS AVAILABLE?
Yes, cots, baby chairs and bedrails are available for free, based on availability.
IS BARBECUING ALLOWED?
Barbecuing is allowed on the accommodation’s terrace, using only electric grills (no coal). Rental equipment is not available.
ARE DAILY OR OVERNIGHT HOSTS ALLOWED?
External guests are allowed within the accommodation’s maximum capacity. Extra people must be registered at the check-in.
WILL I FIND A DISHWASHER IN MY ACCOMODATION?
The dishwasher is available in the following mobile homes:
SUPER MIAMI, SATURNO XXXL, GIOVE XXL, SAFARI DELUXE.

ANIMATION

WHERE CAN I REGISTER FOR THE ACTIVITIES/WHERE CAN I FIND THE DAILY PROGRAM?
You can add animation activities (corsi fitness, mini club, junior club, spettacoli, tornei and giochi) so no gratuite, vedi maggiori details alla sport section
WHERE CAN I REGISTER FOR THE ACTIVITIES/WHERE CAN I FIND THE DAILY PROGRAM?
You can register at the animation office, nearby the theatre. The animation program is available on the handy info website, at the animation office and at the Guests Relations office.
FROM WHAT AGE START THE MINI CLUB/JUNIOR CLUB ACTIVITIES?
The mini club offers activities from 4 to 10 years old children. The junior club welcomes kids from 11 years old on.
IS ANIMATION AVAILABLE IN THE LOW SEASON?
Yes, all the animation services are available during low season too.
WHICH ACTIVITIES ARE AVAILABLE FOR TEENAGERS FROM 13 TO 16 YEARS OLD?
Our young guests can join all the activities and sport tournaments held at the Junior CLub: football, beach volley, padel, tennis, swimming pool games. Special events will also take place, such as pool parties, beach parties, colour parties.

SWIMMING POOLS AND WATER PARK

IS THE WATER PARK INCLUDED?
Yes, the water park is included!
IS SWIMMING CAP COMPULSORY?
No, swimming cap is not compulsory.

ARE SUN BEDS AND UMBRELLAS FREE?
Yes, umbrellas and sun beds at the pool are free.
IS IT ALLOWED TO USE INFLATABLE TOYS?
No, inflatable toys and balls are not allowed.
IS LANE SWIMMING ALLOWED?
No, lane swimming is not allowed.
FROM WHAT AGE IS IT POSSIBLE TO USE THE JACUZZI?
It is possible to use the Jacuzzi from the age of 18.

BEACH

IS THE BEACH SERVICE INCLUDED?
No, beach umbrellas and beach chairs are available for rental at the beach info point.

CAN I TAKE MY OWN EQUIPMENT WITH ME?
Yes, but only on the not equipped beach.
IS THERE AN ENTRY EQUPPED FOR DISABLED PEOPLE?
Yes, the entry is accessible for wheelchairs and four beach umbrellas with beach chairs accessible for wheelchairs (upon reservation)
WHAT SEA SPORTS CAN I PRACTICE?
Canoes, stand up paddles and paddle boats are available for rental at the beach kiosk.

SPORT AND FUN PARK

WHAT SPORT COURSES ARE INCLUDED?
The included courses are football school, archery, volleyball, beach volley, aqua gym and fitness courses.
Not included activities are private tennis lessons, paddle, diving courses (sea and swimming pool), horse riding lessons, sealing school, excursions and trips.
IS THE USE OF COURTS FREE OF CHARGE?
Free courts are: beach volley court, football court, volleyball court, gym, archery.
Courts for rental: Tennis courts, paddle court, horse riding, diving, sealing,
IS THE PLAYGROUND INCLUDED?
The playground and the inflatable toys are included.
Fun fair, trampolines and car tracks are subject to charges.
FROM WHAT AGE IS POSSIBLE TO GO HORSE RIDING ON THE BEACH?
It is possible to go horse-riding on the beach from the age of 14 (according to the law) but a lesson must be booked in advance with our instructors who will assess the degree of experience and decide whether the ride can be done by the guest.
FROM WHAT AGE IS IT POSSIBLE TO APPLY RIDING LESSONS?
It is possible to book riding lessons from the age of 5.
FROM WHAT AGE IS IT POSSIBLE TO USE THE GYM?
The gym can be used from the age of 16.

RESTAURANTS

IS HALF BOARD/ FULL BOARD SERVICE AVAILABLE?
Yes, the service is available at “Cressente” Restaurant. Ask for details at the Booking Office before the arrival or at restaurant, if you’re here with us.
IS TAKEAWAY SERVICE AVAILABLE?
Yes! Ask for the takeaway timetable at our restaurant and order your takeaway food!
ARE GLUTEN FREE MENUS AVAILABLE?
Yes, gluten free dishes and bakery are available.
DO I HAVE TO BOOK A TABLE AT THE RESTAUANT?
No, it is not necessary, but it can be useful to avoid long waits.

PETS

IS THE DOG’S HEALTH CERTIFICATION REQUIRED?
Yes, the health and vaccination certificate are required during the check-in.
WHERE ARE DOGS ALLOWED?
Dogs are allowed on a leash everywhere except for the swimming pools area and supermarket.
Dogs are also welcome at the Dog Beach Area, which is fenced and equipped with sunbeds and sun umbrellas for rent. Sea bathing and stroll on the water edge with your pet is also possible!
The Dog Agility Area, nearby the playground, allows your dog to run free and unleashed.
WHAT SERVICES DO YOU OFFER FOR DOGS?
A training and play service run by qualified personnel is available for dogs in the agility area.
A dog-sitting service is available upon request and on charge.

CAMPING

HOW MANY VEHICLES CAN STAY IN A CAMPING PITCH?
Only one vehicle can stay on each pitch: a camper van, a car with caravan or a car and a tent.
CAN I OPEN A VERANDA OR CANOPY?
Yes, you can open the veranda or the canopy of your camper/caravan.
Can I install a wooden floor or other material on the grass?
CAN I PUT A WOODEN FLOOR OR OTHER MATERIAL IN THE GRASS?
No, it is not allowed to put any surface covering the grass of the pitch.
Only breathable camping groundsheets are allowed.
CAN I FENCE THE CAMPING PITCH?
No, it is not permitted to install any perimeter fencing of the pitch.
CAN I SLEEP ON A CAMPING PITCH IN MY CAR IF I DO NOT HAVE A TENT?
No, guests without a tent, camper van or caravan are not permitted to enter the Village.
