What is the deadline for paying the balance of the stay?
The balance of the stay must be paid no later than 7 days from the date of arrival by credit card
Is there an online check-in service?
Yes, all arriving guests are required to check in online at least 7 days before arrival. The guest receives a reminder by e-mail which automatically directs him to the dedicated area.
What are the check-in and check-out times?
Check-in in the village can be done from 10:00 on the day of arrival.
Check-out must be done no later than 10:00 on the day of departure. Check-out means the actual exit from the village, vehicles included. It is not possible to stay inside the village beyond this term.

From what time is the accommodation available?
The keys delivery terms are: from 3 p.m. from Tuesday to Friday; from 5:00 p.m. from Saturdays to Monday. Guests who have checked in can enter inside the Village and use all the facilities and services, until the key is available. The availability of the key is communicated to the guest via text message.

Is there Wi-Fi?
Yes, wi-fi is available and free of charge in the common areas and in the camping area. Contact the Guest Relations Office for further details.

Yes, there is an ATM at the supermarket entrance.
Is there a pharmacy / medical service?
There is no pharmacy, but there is a medical service subject to a fee at the holiday village clinic. Please contact the Guest Relations office for information on service times and rates.

Yes, you’ll find safety boxes available at the Guest Relation Office.
When is the quiet time?
The quiet time is from 1 p.m. to 3 p.m. and from 11 p.m. to 7 a.m.
If I go out for the evening by car, until what time can I get back?
You can return with your car by 11:00 p.m. If you return during the night silence hours, you can park your car in the external parking lot and access only on foot.
Are there gluten free products available at the supermarket?
Yes, the supermarket in the holiday village also sells products for people with celiac disease..
Is smoking allowed in the accommodation/common areas?
Smoking is not permitted inside the lodgings, on the beach and in the swimming pool. It is allowed outdoors and in common areas.
Is it possible to rent bicycles and scooters?
Bicycle and scooter rental is available at the village bazaar.
Is there a laundry service for village guests?
Yes, in our Laundry area there are washing machines and dryers available for a fee (credit card or debit card only).

Where can I get the keys to my accommodation?
After receiving an availability SMS, you can get your keys at the Guest Relations Office.
Are bedlinens and towels included?
Bed linen is provided for all guests. Extra bed linen kits can be rented from the Guest Relations Office. Towels can be purchased from the Guest Relations Office.
Is air conditioning included?
Yes, upon arrival you will be given a card with which you can activate the air conditioning inside the accommodation unit.
Is the parking lot near the accommodation?
The parking lot is located next to or in the close vicinity of each accommodation. Each space is numbered and can only be occupied by guests of the accommodation unit. Any other vehicles must be parked outside the property.
Where can I park the second car?
The second car can be parked in the free and unattended parking outside the village.
Are cribs, high chairs and bed rails available for children?
Cots, high chairs and bed rails are available upon request (based on availability).

Dogs can walk throughout the holiday village (with leash required) except in the pool areas and the supermarket. On the beach they are allowed in the Dog Beach area, equipped with sunbeds and beach umbrellas for rent, with access to the shoreline and the possibility to swim in the sea. In the agility area they can run without a leash.
What services do you have for dogs?
For dogs, there is a training and play service in the agility area, managed by qualified personnel. The service is free for guests.

How many vehicles can stay in a pitch?
Only one vehicle can be parked in every pitch: motorhome, car with caravan or car and tent.

Can I set up a base of wood or other material on the grass?
No, it is not allowed to set up any kind of base that covers the grassy surface of the pitch.
