Reservations can be made via e-mail, phone, fax and regular mail.
Booking office winter hours: Mon through fri: 9 a.m. - 6 p.m., sat and sun: 10 a.m. -6 p.m.

Fidelity program: book and confirm by December 15, 2011, and you have the opportunity to choose a specific lodge, if available. Any request of specific lodge made after that date will be taken into consideration, but cannot be guaranteed.

In case of cancellation, the down-payment will be refunded as following:
- 90% up to 60 days before arrival
- 50% up to 30 days before arrival

No reduction or return if cancellation is done after the above mentioned terms. Payment can be made by: cash, automatic cash machine, cc VISA, MASTERCARD, EUROCARD, CARTASI. Cheques are not accepted.

Reductions do not apply in case of arrival/departure different from reserved period. The arrival of persons exceeding the authorized number per unit causes the loss of reservation with no refund. Minors are not admitted unless escorted by an adult for the whole stay.

On arrival guests are requested to deposit a valid ID, which will be returned after the final payment.

On arrival guests are subjected to a cautionary deposit of Euro 100,00, which will be returned after the inspection of the living unit. Only one car per unit/pitch is permitted, provided with the admission pass.

Animals are not admitted inside the premises.
